1. Pilot & Assessment Scope

The Loketi website provides information regarding the Loketi fleet operations platform and facilitates qualified fleet assessments for commercial operators in East Africa. Submitting an assessment does not constitute a binding commercial agreement until a formal pilot agreement is executed.

2. Accuracy of Operational Information

Participants agreeing to a fleet assessment or pilot evaluation agree to provide truthful operational data regarding vehicle counts, hardware models, and primary transit corridors to enable accurate feasibility analysis.

3. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All platform interfaces, proprietary corridor intelligence methods, Field Note publications, and design tokens remain the intellectual property of Loketi.

4. Product Direction & Development Truth

Capabilities explicitly identified as "In development" or "Direction" are subject to ongoing engineering refinement. Loketi does not warrant specific delivery timelines for future roadmap items.
